Be confident, Jump on !

Assalamualaikum and Good Morning!

My second entry for Academic Writing Skills will be about Swimming.

  Swimming is an interesting activity to do. We can get many benefits from this swimming activity. First of all, swimming is an activity that can burn off more calories than other common activity like biking, walking or running. It is a good option for those who are trying to lose weight. Secondly, swimming helps to strengthen our heart and lungs. The uses of the main parts of the body like legs and arms need additional oxygen and this will make our heart pump faster. This activity will make our heart become stronger and able to perform much better in pumping the blood to the entire body. On the other hand, our lungs are always ready to absorb more oxygen. For the third benefit that we can get from swimming is that it will help to reduce our stress. Stress can be reduce from this activity through our focus in the swimming.
