Be confident, Jump on !

Assalamualaikum and Good Morning!

My second entry for Academic Writing Skills will be about Swimming.

  Swimming is an interesting activity to do. We can get many benefits from this swimming activity. First of all, swimming is an activity that can burn off more calories than other common activity like biking, walking or running. It is a good option for those who are trying to lose weight. Secondly, swimming helps to strengthen our heart and lungs. The uses of the main parts of the body like legs and arms need additional oxygen and this will make our heart pump faster. This activity will make our heart become stronger and able to perform much better in pumping the blood to the entire body. On the other hand, our lungs are always ready to absorb more oxygen. For the third benefit that we can get from swimming is that it will help to reduce our stress. Stress can be reduce from this activity through our focus in the swimming. My Convocation Day!

Bismillah Alhamdulillah.
Assalamualaikum !
Alhamdulillah. Segala puji bagi Allah yang memberi nikmat ke atas kami. Lama dah tak update blog ni. Sejak jadi student degree ni hidup ni memang sibuk. Bila orang lain tengah rilek2 online dengan laptop, kami student biologi marin sibuk siapkan lab report. sibuk search maklumat, sibuk buat macam2 benda! Kalau diploma dulu banyak main, banyak relaks. Yela, nama pun degree, tak kan semakin senang kan. Satu je yang ana pegang kata2 cikgu ana masa dekat sekolah dulu :

" Kesusahan hari ni membuatkan kita belajar menghadapi kesusahan hari esok ." ok back to our story, Alhamdulillah secara rasminya ana dan kawan2 seangkatan dah menamatkan zaman diploma kami pada 30hb November 2014. seronok dapat jumpa balik kawan2 terutamanya yang tak sambung belajar or sambung tempat lain. Yela, kalau yang memang sambung degree dekat UMT jugak selalu la jugak terserempak dekat kafe ke tak pun masa nak pegi kelas. Kebanyakkannya dah lain2 course dah seka…
